Broadcasts, Lists, Following, and other Public Information on CHUM.LY: CHUM.LY’s Services are designed primarily to help you in sharing information with the world. This includes not only the messages you broadcast from JUM.BO but also the metadata provided with broadcasts, such as the time when you broadcast, the lists you’ve created, the broadcasts you mark as favorites or choose to rebroadcast, the people you’ve chosen to follow, and any other information in the way of URL links, pictures, video links or documents. The CHUM.LY default is to make all information public although you are provided with control of your settings allowing you to make information more private if you choose. Location Information: You have the ability to include your location in a broadcast and in your CHUM.LY profile. You may manage location information in your account settings.

Log Data: CHUM.LY servers will automatically record information ("Log Data") created by your use of the CHUM.LY Services. Log Data includes information like your browser type, IP address, pages you visit on the CHUM.LY website and mobile devices, the referring domain, and terms you search on CHUM.LY. Other actions may also be included in Log Data such as your stated interests or which CHUM.LY users you follow.

CHUM.LY’s Services are not directed to people under the age of thirteen. CHUM.LY does not intentionally collect personal information from children under the age of thirteen. If CHUM.LY becomes aware that a child under the age of thirteen has provided us with personal information, we will take immediate steps to remove all such information and terminate that child's account from CHUM.LY permanently.
